Jessica Harper, a former head of security at Lloyds Bank has today been charged in connection with an alleged £2.5m false invoices fraud. Between September 2008 and December 2011, she was working as head of fraud and security for digital banking.

Who will guard the guards themselves, or who watches the watchmen, is perhaps the closer interpretation. guarding the guardians sounds like they are close protection for the guardians- not quite the sense you meant i feel.
