The RIPA Act of 2000, as amended, continues to cast long dark shadows over freedom and British democracy. Shadows that the Metropolitan Police are more than happy to try and exploit, according to this article from the Guardian. (Are the Met Police seeking to hide public knowledge of how they conduct undercover investigations? )
